I have extensive experience in designing user-friendly and visually appealing CRM programs, enrollment forms, and email campaigns. The designs focus on creating intuitive navigation and clear calls to action to enhance user engagement. I created forms to be simple and straightforward, with a focus on ease of use and a visually appealing layout that encourages users to complete the form. Additionally, the email campaigns are designed to be visually striking and highly effective in driving conversions, with a focus on clear and compelling calls to action and a layout that is optimized for maximum engagement.

 
 
 
 

At ENTRADA, I was asked to rethink the onboarding experience. I created an interactive board that provides a clear and comprehensive guide to help new employees to understand their roles, responsibilities, and the company culture.

 

As an experience designer, I have designed and facilitated many workshops. These workshops require not only skill in design, but also a deep understanding of the audience and what they are looking to acheive. I am a skilled facilitator, able to create a comfortable and safe learning environment where participants feel free to share their ideas and ask questions.

 

I have transformed analytics reports from a 40-60 page documents into 2-4 page designed scorecards that allow clients to quickly understand their data and make informed decisions. My designs are tailored to the specific needs of the clients, and are optimized to reduce the amount of time they spend reading their reports and focus on what they really want to see.

 

Working for a company that specializes in rare and incurable diseases, I have designed patient journeys to help our clients understand what patients will go through once diagnosed. My designs focus on creating a clear visual representation of the patient journey, highlighting key milestones and pain points, providing clients with a comprehensive view of the patient journey that they can use to make informed decisions.

 
 

Over the past 2 years, I have designed decks for internal and external needs. My designs focus on creating a clear and concise message, using a combination of text, images, and visual aids to effectively convey the information.

 

A part of my role was assisting the marketing team in creating graphics for the company’s social media sites. My designs focus on creating a consistent visual identity, using a combination of text, images, and graphics to effectively convey the message and drive engagement.
